The hotel had excellent cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady in the morning. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and shopping areas, as well as sights like the Grand Palace and Chinatown.

This hotel provides great value for money, offering comfortable and large rooms at an affordable price. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing good tips and assisting with transportation. The location by the river is convenient for exploring nearby attractions and there are several riverside restaurants to choose from.
The only minor issue I encountered was some worn and wobbly power points.

I stayed in a hotel in a quiet though central area, just a 2-minute walk from pier 3 to the skytrain. The location was perfect as it was in a quiet little neighborhood, less than a minute's walk from one of the Chao Phraya Express ferry stops- which made it very convenient for us to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean with great views of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the complimentary fruit options in the lobby.
The safe in the room required someone from reception to unlock it, and there was no in-room phone to call for their assistance, which was a bit inconvenient.
